This is a dynamic (responsive) registration form. Dance styles and categories will be hidden and shown based on your age, grade, and the other events you choose. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)

Rules and Regulations

By electronically signing this entry form you agree to abide by the UBEA (Utah Ballroom Education Association) Rules and Regulations (click for full rules). You must also agree to the heel guard rules (heel guards in good condition are required for all ladies shoes except block heels). Parents must electronically sign the forms of anyone under 18 years old. (put NA if you are 18 or over)

Step 1: Your Info

This form will collect your personal information and events in which you would like to compete. This is only the first step! Then you will choose the events you wish to dance. After you have chosen your events, this entry form will display the partnership registration cost. The registration total will also be emailed to both the man and lady email addresses.

Due to Alpine School District policy, we cannot collect your payment on this website. As a partnership, you are responsible to pay the registration cost. Payment options are detailed at the end of this form.

Competition Fees

The fee to compete is $10 per couple for the first 3 events. Each additional event is then $5. The admission to the competition (for both competitors and spectators) will be $5, payable at the door on the day of the competition

Registration fees for the first 3 events are $10.00 then $5.00 each for 4 or more events.
A $10 late fee applies for any entry after February 11.

Payment and Registration Due Dates

Please pay the registration total (below) through one of the two following methods:

1. Online through MySchoolFees.com (Alpine School District fee website). Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to pay through MySchoolFees.com.
2. In person at Timpanogos High School (1450 N 200 E in Orem). The Financial Office is open from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
