Rules and Regulations

By electronically signing the bottom you agree to abide by the UBEA (Utah Ballroom Education Association) Rules and Regulations (click for full rules). You must also agree to the heel guard rules (heel guards in good condition are required for all ladies shoes except block heels).

Step 1: Team Info and Events

This form will collect your Team information and events in which you would like to compete. This is only the first step! After you have completed this form, it will display the team registration cost. The registration total will also be emailed to the director email address.

Due to Alpine School District policy, we cannot collect your payment on this website. Please pay the registration cost online, in person at OHS, or by mail. These options will be explained in detail in Step 2. (after you submit the information below)
