I loved teaching lessons on RESPECT and going back to that lesson over and over during the semester. One boy student told me every day after class "Thank you for teaching me". I ran into him years later when he was now a high schooler and he was so happy to see me. I brought up that memory to him, and he remembered telling me that every day. There is so much joy in teaching.
