Each team from your school will be registered separately using this form. Submit a different registration for each team.
Minimum number of boys per team is 3.
Maximum number of girls is 8.
Boys who are double dancing cannot compete in 2 consecutive dances, for example Cha Cha and Waltz.
All schools, coaches, and dancers must abide by all Junior High Team Match Rules and Regulations.
