Elementary School Team Match Registration

Please remember:

• Each student below MUST have submitted the Danzinskule 2022-23 Waiver and Release Form
• Each team from your school will be registered separately using this form. Submit a different registration for each team.
• All schools, coaches, and dancers must abide by all Elementary Team Match Rules and Regulations
• Event tickets go on sale January 9 ($7 presale and $9 day of event) available at register4comps.com 
• Coaches, their TA's and school administration receive FREE tickets, contact Cheryll Treu for Discount Ticket Code
• Coaches must purchase all of their student tickets
• $25 per team - Late registration fee after January 6th at 11:59 pm
