Rules and Regulations

By electronically signing the bottom you agree to abide by the UBEA (Utah Ballroom Education Association) Team Rules and Regulations (click for full rules). You must also agree to the heel guard rules (heel guards in good condition are required for all ladies shoes except block heels).

This form will collect your Team information and events in which you would like to compete. This is only the first step! After you have completed this form, it will display the team registration cost. The registration total will also be emailed to the director email address.

Please pay the registration cost online (via PayPal invoice), or by calling PGHS with your payment information.

Payment and Registration Due Dates

Please submit your entries by October 15, 2020. After October 15, 2020 - we may not be able to accept if they create additional rounds. Also, you may not receive a trophy.
