Rules and Regulations

By electronically signing this entry form you agree to abide by the UBEA (Utah Ballroom Education Association) Rules and Regulations (click for full rules). You must also agree to the heel guard rules (heel guards in good condition are required for all ladies shoes except block heels). Parents must electronically sign the forms of anyone under 18 years old. (put NA if you are 18 or over)

Online Payment and Tickets

Registration and tickets must both be completed and purchased before your registration is complete. Each session is ticketed and registered separately. After entering your info and selecting your events, you will pay the registration fee through PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay. You will then purchase your tickets, selecting which section you would like to sit in.

Competition Fees

The fee to compete is $10 per couple for the first 3 events. Each additional event is then $5.
The admission to the competition (for both competitors and spectators) will be $5 for each session, which must be purchased beforehand. There will be no ticket sales at the door.

Table Seats

Due to COVID-19, unfortunately we will not be able to offer floor table seats this year.

Payment and Registration Due Dates

Your registration is not complete until you have:
- registered for your events
- paid registration through PayPal
- purchased your tickets
  (at the end of this registration)
Entries due October 15, 2020

October 16, 2020 and later - each entry form will have a $10 late fee.
October 20, 2020 and later - each entry form will have a $20 late fee.
After October 20, 2020 - late entries will only be accepted if they do not create additional rounds.
